A fun family event celebrating bees and other pollinators, with an educational focus on the need for pollinators, their current decline and how we can all help protect them. The Rangers set up a Bee Trail (and competition) for families to follow, learning about different species of bee along the route, while exploring different parts of the park.
Stallholder organisations included: People’s Trust for Endangered Species (PTES), Butterfly Conservation, Havering Friends of the Earth, Essex Beekeepers, Buglife, Land of the Fanns / Thames Chase.
